Dub Flash Presents: Dub Rogue "TV's Greatest Dubs: A Whimsical Tribute to Style Scott (Season 1: The Vocal Versions)" (DFR040)
"TV's Greatest Dubs" is a dubwise series by Dub Rogue featuring legendary Dub Syndicate and Roots Radics drummer Style Scott (R.I.P.). The series is presented in episodic and/or seasonal form.
The instrumental dub versions of this album were released as DFR024 on 24th December 2023. This album (DFR040) compiles all 8 original "vocal" versions into an album.
I hesitated releasing the vocal versions due to the use of samples from TV shows, movies, podcasts etc. However, this release is simply a tribute to things that I like without any commercial interest from my side. This release is thus only available for free, sorry. ;)
I claim "fair use" / "fair dealing" for this release and declare this album a "parody". I don't ask any money for it, and Imention the sources in the credits. It's basically free promotion for the shows to people who usually wouldn't be a target group for this kind of entertainment. Go watch those programs on a commercial platform of your choice.
sorry, not public
